On December 16, 2024, Aoba Memorial Hall will host a "Laughter Yoga" experience as a participatory and experiential course event! The instructor was Tomoko Watanuki from Laughter Yoga Japan, a non-profit organization. The event participants are from a wide range of ages, so most of the exercises are light and can be done by older people. Even those who are worried about exercise can participate and work up a good sweat!
