Love, Tamay :) Recipe: • Ingredients: • 3 leeks • 1 cup boiled lentils • 3 eggs • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 2 tablespoons currants • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and spices of your choice —— Directions; • Boil the lentils until they soften slightly. (Do not boil too much, the recipe will also go in the oven) • Finely chop the leeks. • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. • Leeks with 1 tablespoon olive oil. • When they soften, add the lentils and red pepper flakes. • Add salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and turn. • Pour the whole mixture into a glass baking dish and let it cool a little in the meantime. • Beat 3 eggs in a bowl. (If you wish, you can add herbs such as dill, parsley, mint, basil.) • When the mixture is lukewarm, pour the eggs on it.
