The Floripa Tech Survey is an initiative aimed at mapping the technology ecosystem in Florianópolis, ranging from individual professionals to large companies and educational institutions. The goal of this project is to provide detailed insights into market trends, educational needs, demographic profile of professionals and working conditions, thus contributing to the strategic development of the technology sector in the region. *Objectives and Purposes* The main objectives of the project include: Understanding the Profile of Professionals: Capture demographic, educational and career data to better understand the needs and expectations of technology workers. Analyzing Local Companies: Identify the main areas of activity, the technologies used and the demands for specific skills. Exploring Technology Education: Assess the training offer and educational institutions in preparing students for the job market. *Public Engagement* To ensure a high response rate and engagement: User Referrals: Encourage respondents to refer colleagues to participate in the survey, thus increasing the database and representativeness of the results. Information Sharing: Provide access to anonymized data and analyses proportional to the level of user participation. The more a person contributes with answers and suggestions, the more access they will have to the insights generated.
