PROTEIN RICOTTA PIE DOUGH: • 1 cup (tea) of oat bran • 1 cup (tea) of ground pumpkin seeds • 5 tablespoons (soup) of water • 1 tablespoon (soup) of dehydrated onion • 1 pinch of sea salt PREPARATION METHOD: Mix all the ingredients well and shape the bottom of a removable bottom baking pan. Bake in an oven at 180C for 15 minutes or until golden brown. FILLING: • 300 g ricotta • 1/2 pot of skimmed natural yogurt • 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese • Sea salt • Black pepper GARNISH: • Cherry tomatoes and basil leaves PREPARATION: Beat the ricotta, yogurt and parmesan until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes on top and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C or until golden brown. Finish with fresh basil leaves.
