First soil compaction. I used a 500 kg vibrating plate, rented from Goto. I filled it for a long time and it was boring, because I didn't know how exactly it was needed :). Then we rented a soil density meter, also from Goto. If the item was not cheap, we hurried to return it as soon as possible. That's why there are few videos about it. We did quite a lot of tests. We consulted with the foundation architect. We did this on each corner of the house, then in the middle of each perimeter wall, then more or less in the middle of the internal load-bearing walls, and a few more points out of sight :). We measured the same points after every other hauling of gravel. Later, all this was checked by the work manager. When we had compacted the first layer, then we laid the geotextile 200gr, and on top the geonet. I used a triaxial geogrid, which should be better than a simple one. But it's also more expensive... and I don't know if it paid off, I'll sleep more peacefully :)
