The second episode of our unforgettable grayling fishing on a very beautiful and remote taiga river. We caught grayling using spinning rods and spoons. We mainly used Mepps and BlueFox spoons. For the first time in our lives, we cooked grayling cutlets and it was delicious. The taste doesn't even resemble fish cutlets. In general, it was very tasty.
