This is the second part of a two-week series featuring two masters who won the "G Cup All Japan Gamaiso (Gre) Championship." The setting, like the first part, is a reef called "Kuromose no Manaita" in the northern part of the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. In the second part, Inokuma Hiroyuki closely watches Kubono Kotaro as he fishes, analyzing the reasons behind his every move. While Inokuma catches bait on the flat surface and catches small and large grebes, he first tries to catch large grebes by the difference in depth, just like he does in the Izu Peninsula where he is accustomed to fishing, but ultimately decides to fight in shallow depths.
