Ingredients: 400 g Argentinean entrecote (or beef fillet) 150 g Spilva pickled pickles 150 g Spilva pickled paprika Spilva Street food sauce (mustard - honey) Grape oil 100 g Cedar nuts Red cabbage Green cabbage 2 medium Carrots 1 Fresh hot pepper Romaine leaves A small bunch of cilantro 1 Lemon Balsamic vinegar Salt, pepper Preparation: Cut the meat into approximately 3-4 cm thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour grape oil into a pan, put the pieces of meat on a heated pan, fry on both sides (2 minutes on one side). Remove the meat from the pan, and let it rest. Sprinkle about a handful of pine nuts on the pan without oil, and brown them. Cut the red and green cabbage into strips, or grate them, always think about the colors! Peel the carrot, and grate it into long strips. Put the cabbage mix in a bowl, mix with the carrots, add about 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Do you like it spicy? Cut the hot pepper into thin rings, and add to the finished salad mix! Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes, tear the pickled Spilva pepper into longitudinal stems. Cut the cooled steak into thin slices. Take the romaine leaves, separate them. The leaves will be like a boat, in which we will arrange all the prepared ingredients. We put steak strips on the base, cover the top with Spilva Wrap mustard-honey sauce, pour the previously prepared salad mix, sliced pickled peppers and cucumbers on top, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
