From his albums Rummelbumms and DORFDiSKO ZWEi, Nils Wehowsky aka FiNCH is now blasting one hit after the other into the charts. His feature roster is also wildly stocked: from Blümchen to Scooter, from Matthias Reim to Marteria, he has had quite a few people in the musical passenger seat. With his unique mashup of hip hop plus a high-percent shot of hardstyle hits, he has been making the fan crowd shake for years. EventElevator found out more about the technology of the Dorfdisko Reunion Show on the tour. Production manager Tim Gottschling explains the challenges of everyday touring. There is no question that FiNCH's live tour is packed with "bang". The technical support for the lighting and sound was provided by the KINGSIZE crew from Eberswalde. Lighting designer Norman Kochanski worked with the artist to come up with a stage and lighting concept for the Dorfdisko Reunion Tour, of course with tongue-in-cheek and authentic Dorfdisko props that were made by kulissenwelt.de. The team is breaking new ground with the sound and, as a special feature, had a Fohhn Focus Venue line array with them on the tour. System engineer Kühn explains the advantages of the beam steering system. Other interviewees are Christoph Neumann (lighting system), Gleb Zagrebin (FOH engineer) and Georg Krumpholz (monitor engineer).
