I started rock shore fishing with my dad 11 years ago. We started with shore jigging, but neither of us knew what to do. We just kept going to the sea and gradually started to realize what rock shore fishing is. Once my dad was defeated by Omasa, who was definitely over 10kg, in Hirado, and after that, we were under a mysterious curse where we went to the rocks many times but couldn't catch any Hiramasa for about 5 years... At Fisherman's Cafe, we started to see Seya catching 13kg and 1-meter-plus fish, and although I acted tough, I think I was actually jealous. However, my dad never caught a fish that could be called Omasa... But now I think he was just accumulating luck...
