Filament LED lamps (from English filament - thread) - modern LED lamps made using COG technology (chip on glass). The peculiarity of these light sources are LEDs in the form of threads. The main advantage of filament lamps is a large angle of illumination (almost 360 degrees) in contrast to conventional LED lamps, which have an angle of 120 to 180 degrees. In addition, such LED lamps are very similar to the usual incandescent bulbs, so they are perfect for use in classic chandeliers, vintage lamps and loft-style interiors.
