Once the individual proclamations of the festivities by the groups of peñistas have finished, a parade of peñas and charangas begins, which are the great entertainers of the Fiestas del Pilar, to join an expectant public in the Plaza del Pilar in front of the town hall, awaiting the multitudinous proclamation that local authorities present by the heralds of the festivities, ending with the launching of a rocket and some fireworks.
