On April 4, 2013, I just wanted to film a normal train crossing. Someone had stolen the sign to the station, and I thought I had lost my way on the snow-covered forest path, which was getting steeper and steeper and was making my drive wheels spin, until the station suddenly appeared and I saw the train. However, the locomotive 99 786 traveling from Oberwiesenthal to Cranzahl had problems with the air pump. Therefore, a locomotive swap with 99 789 was to take place and the defective one was to be driven back to the workshop in Oberwiesenthal (according to the employee, this is normal railroad practice). But that didn't work out and a diesel locomotive was requested from Oberwiesenthal, which then towed the train away. It was something special for me as a filmmaker.
