The fourth place belongs to the farm of the Svoboda family from Strhař, a small foothill village on the border of the Moravian Karst and the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The parents of today's owner of the farm, Josef Svoboda, did not hesitate after the regime change and decided to continue the family farming tradition. Their son's peasant genes and tenacious nature overcame adversity, including the sudden death of his father. He would surely be very happy with the flourishing economy, which today includes the cultivation of fodder crops on 60 hectares of land, the care of nine hectares of forest and the fattening of bulls in a recently built spacious stable. The Svobodas do not lack the will to work and the vigor with which they plan future possible activities on the farm, in which their three children could one day be involved.
