In this episode of “Far From the City”, Kıvanç Kasabalı turns his route to the Niksar district of Tokat. Together with Kıvanç Kasabalı, we start our adventure in Niksar by harvesting walnuts using traditional and modern methods. Then, we peel the collected walnuts with the help of a machine without touching them. We help build bunk beds to dry the walnuts and then we spread the walnuts on the bunk beds to dry.
