In this episode of Away from the City, Kıvanç Kasabalı turns his route to Bağarcık village in Aydın’s Koçarlı district. Kıvanç learns spoon carving and kekçe making in Bağarcık village, the highest settlement in the Beşparmak Mountains. We join the harvest of pine nuts and the kekçe we make with the well-known blacksmiths of the region, boil the cocoons we collect and join the potato planting. Then we go after healing herbs and try interesting recipes with these herbs.
