New recipe for kids: today we make grilled skewers and then we put marshmallows on the grill, for dessert! How do you cook them? Just stick them on a wooden skewer (wet so they don't burn) and bring them close to the grill, and not to direct flame, about 15 cm. Then just wait patiently until you see that the marshmallows start to turn brown, or caramelize. In this way the outer surface will be crunchy while the inside will melt. But be careful, as soon as it caramelizes it is ready. Cool it for a moment away from the heat and then... taste!
