In Authentic Dialogue, we want to be able to talk about ourselves in order to create openness in our conversations. Talking about what we feel by linking it to our needs is a great way to do it. However, we sometimes use certain words that look like feelings, but are actually hidden evaluations! These false feelings, as we call them, speak about 5% of us and 95% of the other.
