About :

The reactions the horse shows in this video are crazy! Negative and positive examples! If you want to learn to ride well and in a horse-friendly way, you should practice these instructions with your horse today. Smooth, well-prepared transitions! This way your horse stays round in transitions, goes through the body on the reins and you can achieve harmonious transitions from gait to gait. In this video you will learn how to give aids and the interaction of leg, cross and rein aids so that you can achieve smooth transitions that the horse can understand. This knowledge is also the prerequisite for being able to train horses at a higher level. In this video I will also show you why the correct gallop aid is so important later for the flying change. Horses must learn to understand the rider in order to be able to respond to the aids. When riding lessons, the basics must already have been understood and internalized by both horse and rider. I will also show you riders' mistakes and the appropriate corrections. Unfortunately, when I showed me the mistakes, Schoko took it very badly and immediately threw his neck back. Good for you, because it meant I could show you the rejection, explain it, and also suggest a correction for it. In this video you can see again how important it is for the rider to have a supple, balanced seat that moves with the movement. The horse's reactions are incredibly easy to see. In this video I answer questions like: How can I... trot from a walk? Canter from a trot? Canter from a walk? Bring the horse to a halt from a canter to a trot? Bring the horse to a halt from a canter to a walk? And at the end you will of course get a mental tip from me on how you can improve your seat on the horse and learn to ride with more feeling for the horse. ;) I will also show you the flying canter change and why the basis of training is so important for it. ;) To train your eyes: Here you can see the mistake that looks like when a horse wants to lean on a rein with a firm back. If you watch Schoko closely here, you will see that when he is trotting on the right hand he keeps bobbing his head upwards. This is not lameness in the legs, but a stiff, tense back. This is what it looks like when a sensitive horse with a hollow right side wants to lean on the left rein. It was my fault because when I was warming him up I also tried other mistakes that I wanted to show at the walk. But he immediately took offense at that and closed his back completely. I quickly got him back in the walk, but in the trot he only let go after a while and he only let go completely on the left hand... until I showed the next mistakes. Then he started to throw things away. :( You can also see the tension during the flying change, because when he changed to the right he pushed up again in the same way...so during the bend to the right to the hollow side, he looked for support on the left outside rein. Since these are instructional videos, I have of course left this in the video and will go into it in more detail in another video. We make a lot more correction videos and of course when it comes to the topic of straightening, this topic of support on the reins of the stiff side will also come up in one video. I can only show you properly with Schoko...he is too sensitive. ???? This video is based on the previous videos from the online riding school Riding Academy by Wolfgang Rust. You only learn to ride by implementing and practicing knowledge, and you will get this knowledge on this channel. ;) All you need to do is subscribe to this... channel, activate the bell and enable notifications on your device for YouTube and you will always be notified when we put a new video online.
