Here we are faced with a dangerous storm - the parameters were even sufficient for strong thunderstorms with tornadoes. On May 19th we headed far north. In Minnesota and Wisconsin we were sufficiently rewarded that evening for the almost 3000 km long journey. The supercell monster was awesome, threatening and incredibly photogenic. In the days that followed we went to Arkansas to hunt down more severe thunderstorms. This was followed by a fantastic light show. Countless lightning strikes during the day and at night. A violent thunderstorm turns into a supercell.
