Conference presented by Elisabeth Antoine-König and Pierre-Yves Le Pogam (Louvre Museum), live from the Auditorium Michel Laclotte, on October 21, 2024 at 7 p.m. Figures of the Madman. From the Middle Ages to the Romantics October 16, 2024 – February 3, 2025 Madmen are everywhere. But are yesterday's madmen the same as today's? This fall, the Louvre Museum is dedicating a unique exhibition to these multiple figures of the madman, which abound in the visual universe from the 13th to the 16th century.
