Hello everyone! Today we are going to analyse each of the causes that exclude or exonerate from criminal liability (and, therefore, from punishment) the authors of any crime. As always, we are talking about Spain; in other countries these circumstances may be different. This is the first video of a trilogy referring to circumstances that affect criminal liability.
