The story is about Wahid Farid, a reckless, careless, bohemian, unemployed young man from a well-off family who dreams of stardom and fame, of becoming a prestigious football player, an international actor, or an important man whose picture is placed on the dollar bill. He lives his dreams among the Playboy magazine stars, fabricating their pictures with his own and hanging them on the wall of his room, in the apartment where he lives with his wealthy teenage father Farid Fath El-Bab, who lives a violent, one-sided love story with his artist neighbor who spends her time drawing pictures and dreams of marrying off her veterinarian daughter Hiam, who used to dream of a knight in shining armor who has reckless adventures, eats hot peppers, and drinks alcohol. The teenager, Farid Fath El Bab, asks his son Wahid to help him marry his neighbor, Umm Hiam, and to call her and set a time to visit her. The neighbor thinks that Wahid will come with his father to propose to her daughter, Hiam. A misunderstanding occurs when Umm Hiam invites her relatives to attend her daughter's engagement. Wahid finds himself involved in Dr. Hiam's engagement, and he and his father are afraid to reveal the truth, fearing the shock of Umm Hiam. Farid mediates to open the door for his classmate Shawkat Bey, the manager of the insurance company, so that Wahid can work in the company. When Nelly Karim goes to her room in the studio, she calls Wahid and asks him to meet her in the studio, but he causes a lot of chaos at the filming location, and he gets a head injury. The next day, Nelly calls him to check on him, and invites him to meet in a restaurant that serves spicy food. Nelly pushes him to eat hot pepper, which he does not like and cannot stand, and for her sake he eats hot pepper, and gets intestinal colic. When he does not find a place in the bathroom, he rushes home, leaving his bag with Nelly, who opens it and sees his pictures with beautiful women. She thinks he is Don Juan, and goes to visit him at his house to return his bag. His father tells her that yesterday someone laughed at him. And she gave him the hot pepper that he doesn't like, so Nelly quickly left before her secret was revealed, and when he called her, she told him that she was at the club playing squash, so he claimed his skill in the game, and went to the club and played with her coach, Captain Omar, and received a hot beating, and Nelly discovers that he has never played squash before, and Nelly sees that the matter is not an insurance policy, and asks him about the motive for him to bear all this, so he tells her that it is his bad luck, because when he truly loves, the lover is an actress, the difference between him and her is big, but Nelly, who has a heart like the rest of the girls, her heart moves towards Wahid, and she welcomed his love, so he lived with her the beautiful dream, before she woke up and felt her haste, and Wahid got rid of all the pictures on the walls of his room, and put a large picture of Nelly Karim, but Hiam ruined everything, by meeting Nelly, and told her that she is Wahid's fiancée, and warned her not to approach her fiancé, and Nelly was shocked, and decided to cut off relations with Wahid, And the film offered to her to be filmed abroad was accepted, and she prepared to travel.
