Discussing the application of scientific methods, such as evidence-based assessment, in the development of public policies in various areas, bringing together professionals who are having success and showing cases and practices on how to do it are the objectives of the Seminar Public Policies Informed by Evidence: practices and challenges for assessment, monitoring and use of evidence, which will take place from November 5 to 7. The Seminar is organized by Fiocruz Brasília, in partnership with Ipea, and is part of the institute's 60th anniversary celebrations. The Ministry of Health, Embrapa, Enap and CNPq are supporting the event. Aimed at researchers, public managers from the federal, state and municipal spheres, as well as students, the event will be held in a hybrid format, in person at the headquarters of the organizing institutions with online transmission through the official channels on YouTube.
