To learn more about the products that Finder manufactures and sells, access the link below: ????️ https://bit.ly/finder-site __________________________________________________ We would like to thank Finder for the partnership with the Eletricity channel, where we were able to deliver yet another excellent content to you. Finder was founded in 1954 thanks to an intuition of Piero Giordanino, the company's founder, who patented the first impulse relay in 1949. Today, thanks to a high degree of specialization, the company has assumed an international dimension, producing more than 14,500 electronic and electromechanical devices for the civil and industrial sectors entirely in Europe, in factories located in Italy, France and Spain. Continuous and constant growth, always based on the concept of originality, which today distinguishes Finder as one of the producers with the largest number of approvals and certifications in the world. __________________________________________________ Receive Eletricity content directly to your email! So tune in! If you liked this video and want to learn more about Finder products here on the channel, leave your questions and suggestions in the comments in addition to the Hashtag #valeufinder. This is a way to show how much the knowledge provided by the Eletricity-Finder partnership was useful to you. The impulse relay, also called a teleswitch or step relay, was created and patented in 1949 by the Italian Piero Giordanino, founder of Finder Componentes. In this image we can see the creator Piero Giordanino and his creation, that's right, this is a photo of the first impulse relay and this is a photo of the relay patent. Few people know that it was after the creation of the impulse relay that Mr. Piero Giordanino founded Finder to produce this and all other products. The difference that the impulse relay brought to the electrical installations area in the mid-20th century was having a new type of circuit, with an internal common connection (jumper), and a mechanical change of the relay's internal components through a spring. This type of mechanical innovation replaced the old relays that had a gravity-driven mechanism. Thus, installers and electricians also began to enjoy the great advantage of being able to install the relay in any position. That's right, folks, in the past, gravity-driven operation forced the installer to position the relay vertically. Imagining difficulties like this, for those who worked with these components in the past, can help us value certain products, because we often have no idea of the effort and dedication required to create them. With the creation of the impulse relay, Finder ended up creating a term that is well-known here in Brazil as pre-automation. The impulse relay has the same operating principle as an electromechanical relay, however, its coil does not need to be constantly energized to change the state of its contacts. For this change to occur, it only uses a voltage pulse. This is possible because it is not the magnetic field that causes the contacts to remain switched, but rather the device's mechanical ratchet. Now that you know the story behind the impulse relay and how it works, how about we look at practical applications of some Finder impulse relay models. Shall we go to the bench? In addition to the models we have seen, Finder also has some models with varied functions in the same component, such as the multifunction electronic impulse relay, with RESET command 13.61. In this model, we can select the time and also the IT Timed Impulse Relay functions, where after pressing the button, the output contact closes and the pre-established time T begins to elapse. After the end of the timing, the output contact opens. During the timing, it is possible to open the contact immediately, with a new impulse. We also have the RI (Impulse Relay) function, where after the impulse the contact switches, alternating from closed to open and vice versa, similar to the models of the 20 and 27 series. Finally, we have the RM (Monostable Relay) function, where after closing the switch connected between terminals 3 and L(N), the output contact closes and remains in this state as long as the switch is closed. Until next time! ???? Stay tuned to #finderbrasil ????
