Title: An Anemone (2020, included in Chungbuk Novels) Publisher: Thought Sharing Author: Jeon Yeong-hak Go to see the work https://www.yes24.com/Product/Goods/1... Jeon Yeong-hak While teaching Korean for over 20 years in middle and high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do, I tried to capture the voices of simple but valuable people on manuscript paper. I was active in the 'Chang' literature club during my college years, the 'Sahaeng' club, a long-form writing group when I was a freshman in society, and the Chungbuk Novelists' Association. I won awards in the short story category of the Chungcheong Ilbo New Year's Literary Contest, the Korea Education Newspaper, and the Civil Servants' Literary Contest. I graduated from the Department of Korean Education, College of Education, Chungbuk National University and its graduate school. I am a member of the Sahaeng club and an honorary member of the Chungbuk National University Changjang Society. He served as the president of the Chungbuk Novelists Association and is a member of the Korean Novelists Association. He rejects the idea that humans are a sacred combination of body and soul, and places excessive emphasis on either one. In that sense, he is displeased with those who are obsessed with ideology and sell their souls, or who indulge in selfishness and enjoy their bodies. Ultimately, his 'story' begins with the belief that even if the path of life is unstable and rough, there should be a deep forest and fragrant flowers along the way. Therefore, he does not hesitate to offer advice on the politics, society, and religion of this land that fail to live up to this. He has published the short story collections Breaking Through, Selling Poetry, the full-length novel Eul's Song, and the essay collection A Cup of Coffee in Soltteul.
