The Morteratsch campsite in the Swiss Engadin is a paradise for winter camping. ❄️ For us, the most beautiful campsite in winter so far! Fancy winter camping? We spent 10 days in January at the Morteratsch campsite at temperatures of up to -23 degrees. Located at an altitude of 1860 meters, in the middle of an alpine mountain landscape with a view of the Morteratsch glacier and the Bernina massif in the Swiss Engadin. Snow, wonderful nature, four-thousand-meter peaks right in front of you and bitter (but dry) cold - winter heart, what more could you want? ????
