Luis and Anna Berger and their sons run the Unterschweig mountain farm in St. Nikolaus/Ulten at an altitude of 1750 meters above sea level. For over 20 years, the milk produced on the farm has been processed into cheese, yogurt and many other dairy products and sold directly from the farm. For several years now, there have also been a few holiday apartments for vacations on the farm. The farm has always been run according to organic criteria (member of Bioland since 1999). The main products produced are hard cheese and semi-hard cheese, herb and herb flower cheese, which are refined exclusively with home-made products.
