He takes us on a journey through his youth in Sveg - from Folkets Park to a pimping tour with the scooter. And the sprichten. . Recipe for Erik's parade dish • Smoked pork side in a piece 1pc • Roast n' toast toast with poppy seeds 1pc loaf • Smoked cognac medwurst in slices 1pc • Browned butter, Bregott 1 small package • Hamburger cheddar in slices, sunkig 1pc • Smokey chipotle soft cheese 1 tube • Creme fraiche 1pc • Philadelphia cheese 1pc • Red onion 1pc • Black pepper • Black rum 1 can • Radishes 1 cone • Cheap bubble, dry. • Absolut vodka • Canned beer Dish no. 1 - pork from Folkets Park Slice the pork side into thick slices and fry hard in a pan. Serve in some parchment paper and with a canned beer. Dish No. 2 - New Year's cheese sauce with the boys Mix Philadelphia with a finely chopped red onion, a jar of creme fraiche, salt and pepper. Place in a piping bag or plastic bag. Poke a hole in the bag and eat directly from the hole, followed by a teaspoon of stone bite rum, a slice of radish and a sip of Vodka. Intermediate course - cheap bubbly Course no. 3 - a manly toast Spread both slices of a toast with browned butter, repeat for as many as you want (2 per sandwich). Add a slice of hamburger cheese, a slice of cognac sausage and a hearty sausage with chipotle sausage.
