Toyota's 4A-G Tenroku engine was installed in the AE86 and tuning continues to develop even today. It is strongly associated with the Levin and Trueno, but in fact it is installed in many different cars, and all of those cars are attractive sports models. The newly released Carina GT is one such car. The standard Carina is an ordinary sedan that makes you wonder if it's a taxi, but the atmosphere changes dramatically when you get to the GT! The combination of a 5-valve 4A-G that can rev up to high speeds on a lightweight 1,150kg body...it's bound to be fun!
