Folk songs were whispered into his ear along with his name. First, he sang folk songs with his saz he made from wood. Although his heart was in the conservatory, he started his education at the Mathematics Department of 19 Mayıs University. He never stopped working on music during his university years. After his mathematics education, Ender Balkır, who was assigned to Istanbul, worked as a mathematics teacher between 2001-2004. The commentator, whose passion for music overpowered him, resigned from his post and began to pursue music professionally. After gaining stage experience in many concerts, radio-TV programs and distinguished venues, he released his first album, “Ezim Ezim” in 2007. Ender Balkır became the voice of important TV series in Turkey with the songs he sang. The songs he sang in the TV series “Hanımın Çiftliği, Dila Hanım, Ustura Kemal, Düriye'nin Güğümleri, Öyle Bir Geçer Zamanki, Poyraz Karayel” made the stories more touching. His voice became an instrument that completed the scenes in the hearts of TV series lovers. The performer hopes that his musical journey will be endless with his album “Ahir” where he sang popular songs from all over Turkey and “HARPUT” album consisting of Harput songs and released by Kalan music label. He won everyone’s heart with the song “Ruhumda Sızı” that he sang in Çukur TV Series and was at the top of music lists for a long time.
