Using a 12 K 33 Ohm carbon cable for underfloor heating and an XH-W3001 thermostat, we converted a central heating battery into an electric heater. We got an electric infrared converter heater for a ridiculous price! Our heater automatically turns on and off depending on the room temperature! Anyone who can twist two wires together can make such electric heating!
