In addition to these buttons needing communication between them, the 2 also need to activate the auxiliary relays to reverse the polarity. Why is this used? Because the electric window switch supports low power consumption, while the window motor has high consumption and the switch cannot support this for a long time and ends up getting damaged over the years. The relay supports up to 40 amps, so by using 2 5-pin relays to provide negative rest and two switches to activate the relay, the switches will last much longer and work for longer. The electric window motor has 2 wires and needs positive and negative for the window to go up and negative and positive for the window to go down. To do this, the switch keeps the 2 wires with a negative signal. When you press it to go up the window, it removes the negative signal and puts it in positive. When you press it to go down, it removes the negative signal from the other wire and puts it in positive. This inverts the polarity. The relays automatically have to do this too.
