Eid baklava and the cherry on the cake!! Dear friends and followers, I greet you all and thank you for the support and beautiful comments you shared with me this month of Ramadan!! Hoping that we have had a good time during this month and hoping that God has accepted all our prayers and prayers during this holy month. today I am sharing the recipe that has been preserved for years in my family which I learned from my mother!! For this Baklava you need: Dough: 4 eggs 2 egg yolks 400 g yogurt 200 ml oil 1 kg flour 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 packet of baking powder 500 g starch 500 g walnuts 1,800 g sugar 1,600 ml water If you try it, good luck ???? @Baliskitchen
