Dear Clients, Farmers and Friends, It is a pleasure to greet you and extend an invitation to the seminar “Efficient Strategy in Crop Nutrition”, given by Dr. Prometeo Sanchez from the College of Graduate Studies. The main topic will be Crop Nutrition, focusing on those crops that the doctor already has experience with. Given the length of the topic, his participation has been divided into two parts of 1.5 hours each. It will cover topics such as soil and water analysis, saturated paste extract and its interpretation, efficient management of nutrients available in the soil, pH correction and amendments, and calculation of fertilization programs. About Dr. Prometeo Sánchez ✅ Dr. Prometeo Sánchez García obtained the degree of Phylosophy Doctor in Agriculture from the Russian University in the Russian Federation in 1992. ✅ He has been a Senior Research Professor at the Colegio de Postgraduados since 1993 and his work is related to plant nutrition. ✅ He was Secretary of the Mexican Society of Soil Science AC and is currently President of the Mexican Society of Plant Nutrition, AC ✅ He has participated as advisor and counselor to more than 100 undergraduate, master's and doctoral students. ✅ He is the author and co-author of more than 120 articles in national and international journals, as well as 5 manuals and books. ✅ He has taught more than 400 courses - workshops on different topics of plant nutrition to technicians and producers in Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, and Argentina. ✅ He has participated in the organization of international and national conferences. ✅ He is a member of the National System of Researchers. ✅ He has been responsible for and collaborated in more than a dozen projects funded by national and international organizations. ✅ He is an advisor and consultant for national and foreign companies in soil, water and crop nutrition management. www.haifa-group.com Agricultural Technical Support / Agronomist Technical Support [email protected]
