Recipe ✅Cream Sugar 250g Flour 125g (4 tbsp) Egg 1 vanilla Water or milk 350ml ✅Dough Water 1 cup (250ml) Flour 1 cup (150g) Vegetable oil 80ml Eggs 5-6 Eggs 1 pinch of salt ✅ Method of preparation : Mix the ingredients of the cream together and cook on low heat continuously mix until it hardens, leave to cool. We mix water, vegetable oil, and salt, put it on low heat until it boils, then add flour and fry for 5-6 minutes, until the appropriate crust is formed as shown in the video.
