Eating disorders - what are they? what is the basis of their development? who is most at risk of such disorders and what are their consequences? Joanna Gutral – psychologist, PhD student at the Faculty of Psychology of Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies at SWPS University in Warsaw, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, graduate of the four-year postgraduate school of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at SWPS University. For years, she has been involved in psychoeducation, organizing workshops and meetings that make people aware that psychotherapy is a method based on scientific evidence. She is a co-founder of the Zdrowa Głowa portal and organizer of the social campaign "Mam Terapeutę". He works as a lecturer at SWPS University in Warsaw.
