When São Paulo turned 450, we visited the best burger joints of the time in search of the best meat. For me, the best burger to date is from Mr. Oswaldo in the Ipiranga neighborhood. It's simple, but you never end up eating just one. The mayonnaise and sauce are homemade, and the atmosphere is old-fashioned. The emblematic and picturesque Mr. Oswaldo has passed away, but the family continues to run it. This article was recorded in SP at Joaquins, General Prime, Mr. Oswaldo in Ipiranga, and at a burger joint specializing in wild boar meat in Moema.
