In a large bowl, place the flour, open a hole in the center and add the mixture that we made in the blender and begin to mix so that it is integrated into the flour, add the salt, mix very well. Mix for 2 minutes with a silicone or wooden spoon insistently so that a homogeneous dough remains. (the dough is soft) Cover the bowl with plastic or a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place without air currents. The dough should have doubled in size, degas and add the chocolate chips or candied fruit, wrap well. Place the dough in a mold. Cover the mold and let it rest for at least 40 minutes or a little longer if it is cold where you live. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180ºc for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. When it is golden brown on top, only after 30 minutes prick it with a toothpick and if it comes out dry it is done. Remove from the oven, let it cool, unmold, you can decorate if you want and that's it, bon appetit. #temperosesaflavours #christmasrecipes #pandulce #desserts Jingle Bells (Funky) DJ Williams
