Hello, I was so lucky that; right when I was in Hakkari, I happened to come across the 6th Hakkari Cilo Festival this year. The festival takes place in Sat Buglacier Lakes and normally entry to this area is forbidden and requires permission from the governor's office. However, it is opened to the public during the festival and thousands of people flock to the area. It was an incredible experience. The rest is in the video ;) Enjoy the movie????
