Let's go to the recipe? STEP BY STEP TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE SHELL FOR THE EASTER EGG: 500 g of chocolate of your choice ???? a plastic or silicone mold to mold the chocolate (this type of material can be found in party supply or craft stores) To begin, you need to temper the chocolate, so that it can be molded into the molds without softening after taking it out of the refrigerator. Using a knife, chop the chocolate into small pieces ????. ⚠️ASK AN ADULT FOR HELP⚠️ Place 2 of 3 parts of the chocolate in a container (preferably glass) and melt in the microwave on high power. You can also do this procedure on the stove, in a bain-marie ???? ???? To finish, remove the melted chocolate from the microwave or bain-marie, add the one third that was not melted and mix. This is the process called tempering. Another tactic used to keep it firm is to use the last third of dark chocolate, as it melts less easily than milk chocolate. Cool it a little. Place it in the freezer for approximately 2/3 minutes, remove it, add another layer of chocolate and return it to the refrigerator.
