On the farm in Sophienhof near Neustrelitz, work begins shortly after 4:00 a.m. on this day. Farmer Karsten Dudziak wants to mow one of his feed fields. But first, hunter André Buchert and his helpers use a drone to search for fawns. The thermal imaging camera shows several young animals, but despite the modern technology, the search in the high grass is more difficult than expected. Two school interns are working for three weeks on the farm of poultry farmer Christine Bremer in Kölau/Lower Saxony. The two young men have to lend a hand on the very first day. A rooster has to be caught. The animal has a swollen leg and needs immediate treatment. At the Kriseby stud farm in Schleswig-Holstein, Barbara Bleibtreu is training to be a horse breeder. This also includes cleaning the stables every day and feeding the animals. But it's no problem at all for Barbara. For the young woman, it's still a dream job. At the Blumenhof in Altengamme, Jens Wöbb has excavation work to do. The washing system for the lilies of the valley needs to be connected and there are problems with this.
