A drone flies in Barueri and shows the construction of the largest Data Center campus in Latin America, in the Tamboré region. The complex belongs to Scala Data Centers, and the investment is approximately R$6.5 billion to add six new buildings to the Tamboré Campus, part of the R$32 billion investment commitment made by the company in that area. Two of the buildings in the second phase of construction are already in operation and occupied by Scala customers; the other four should be completed by the beginning of next year. Each of the first two phases has a 60MW power substation installed. A third phase of construction is also planned - for this, a 560 MW power substation already in production. At the end of a fourth and final phase, the Tamboré Campus should have 17 data centers and become the largest in Latin America, with approximately 450 MW of IT - a capacity measure for this type of enterprise, in this case, the equivalent of the energy consumption of Brasília. Information taken from a report on the InfoMoney website. The video also shows a section of the Mário Covas Ring Road and Ceci Avenue, the surroundings of Residencial Tamboré 1 and the Jardim Mutinga and Jardim Munhoz Júnior neighborhoods. Further away you can see the Alphaville and Osasco buildings. Leave your like, comment, share the video and subscribe to the channel!
