Consortium study ►► https://bit.ly/41GcWyI ▬ Description ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The driver shortage in transport logistics is becoming increasingly acute. Drivers are in short supply and the outlook is not exactly bright. Every year more truck drivers stop working than new ones join, and this is already leading to an aging workforce. But what will happen in 10 years? How bad will the driver shortage be and what can companies do specifically to prevent it? #Logistics #Transport #Drivershortage ▬ About this channel ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ On this channel I would like to provide information on everything worth knowing about logistics, whether it be current logistics topics, tips from professional practice, or other topics worth knowing. The logistics channel is therefore aimed at everyone who works in logistics, for example professional drivers, warehouse workers, forwarding agents, entrepreneurs, and everyone else. Please also watch the short channel trailer: • Video ▬ About me ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ My name is Horst, I am 37 years old and come from near Cologne. After completing my training as a forwarding agent in 2003, I initially worked for many years as a dispatcher in a forwarding company. At the end of 2010, I decided to do a business administration degree in addition to my training. In my opinion, business administration and logistics can be combined wonderfully :) After graduating, I have been employed as a manager in the same forwarding company since then, where I look after my employees and ensure smooth processes. Since the Corona pandemic, I have been on short-time work in some parts of the time. I was faced with the decision of whether to spend the extra time in front of the TV or do something useful. You can see how I decided on this channel. :-) Some of the links in the video description are so-called affiliate links (*), which help to keep this channel running. I generally only recommend products or services that I use myself or would use myself if there was a need. Thank you for your understanding.
