Alen Jusupović from Zavidovići bought his first donkey twelve years ago. He delivered his first liter of donkey milk in a plastic Coca-Cola bottle. Today, this excellent master of agriculture is one of the strongest farmers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The demand for donkey milk is also shown by the fact that during the corona period, people waited up to 45 days for a bottle of milk. Alen and his family are improving production, so donkey milk powder will soon be produced on his farm and then packaged in ampoules without fear that it will spoil quickly. The machines are already on the farm and we are just waiting for the start of production, the only ones of its kind not only in Bosnia and Herzegovina but in the entire region. There are between 80 and 100 donkeys on the farm, and by selling their milk, as Alen said, they earned him a new tractor that cost 80,000 KM.
