ELIMINATORY ABSENCES disobeying traffic lights or Mandatory Stop signs; advancing over the curb; failure to park the vehicle in the marked area, in a maximum of three attempts, within the established time; driving over the marked marking when parking the vehicle in the space; driving in the wrong direction; failing to complete all stages of the test; driving in the preferential lane; causing an accident during the test; exceeding the regulated speed for the road; committing any other traffic violation of a very serious nature. SERIOUS OFFENCES failure to obey the road signs or the traffic authority agent; failure to observe the rules for overtaking or changing direction; failure to give priority to pedestrians crossing the cross road where the vehicle is heading, or even when the pedestrian has not completed the crossing, even if the green light is given for the vehicle; keeping the vehicle door open or half-open during the test route or part of it; failure to signal the intended maneuver in advance or signaling it incorrectly; failure to wear a seat belt properly; loss of control of the vehicle while in motion; committing any other traffic violation of a serious nature. MEDIUM OFFENCES: completing the entire or part of the race route without the handbrake being fully released; driving at a speed inappropriate for the adverse conditions of the location, traffic, vehicle and weather; stopping the engine without just cause after the start of the race; making incorrect turns; using the horn unnecessarily or in a prohibited location; disengaging the vehicle on slopes; putting the vehicle in motion without taking the necessary precautions; using the clutch pedal before using the brake pedal when braking; entering curves with the vehicle's drive gear in neutral; engaging or using gears incorrectly during the course; committing any other traffic violation of a medium nature. MINOR OFFENCES: causing irregular movements in the vehicle without just cause; incorrectly adjusting the vehicle's seat intended for the driver; not adjusting the rear-view mirrors properly; resting the foot on the clutch pedal with the vehicle in gear and moving; incorrectly using or interpreting the instruments on the vehicle's dashboard; starting the vehicle with the drive gear engaged; attempt to move the vehicle with the traction gear in neutral; commit any other minor infraction.
