Cut a piece of the white part of the radish (6-7cm) into 4 parts and add kelp, red pepper powder, and soy sauce. After 5 minutes from the boiling point, remove the kelp and turn off the heat. Squeeze out the water and drain in a colander. 3. Make the seasoning sauce. 5. Coat a pot with cooking oil and lightly fry the codfish on both sides. 6. Add the seasoning sauce made on top of the codfish, boiled radish, and 1 cup of broth and simmer. 7.
