Don't Let Them Dim Your Light! She describes herself as; ''I am Ahu Büyükkuşoğlu Serter. I am a female entrepreneur in a difficult geography, my real job is TRANSFORMATION. I like to turn "no" into "yes" and change. Since my childhood, I have had trouble accepting without questioning, forcing things I don't want to do. My education is on "Investment Management" but I am a natural entrepreneur. I studied in Kayseri as you know. My job is to look for opportunities, to see opportunities in places that others forget; to turn trash into treasure, to reframe jobs and gain different identities. I am obsessed with "learning to learn". The more I learn, the more I see how little I know and the more I want to learn. I use the work I do and the successes I gain to make myself, those around me and the society I live in better. This is the purpose of the life I live.''
