Known for her professional career, Nevşin Mengü is also a long-distance runner. Sharing the allegory between marathon and life with her personal experiences, Nevşin Mengü tells us the story of how she reached the result with an unplanned start, through a painful and fearful process. Mengü, who says that sharing experiences is good and that it is completely normal to be afraid, emphasizes that we just need to learn to cope with fear. Nevşin Mengü completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Political Science at Bilkent University and her graduate education in Social Studies on Turkey at Galatasaray University. Nevşin Mengü, who started her career at Kanal Türk, also worked at Haber Türk. She worked as the bureau chief of TRT Türk in Tehran, the capital of Iran, for over a year. She prepares and presents the Main News every weekday at CNN TÜRK. She also writes analysis articles for Hürriyet Daily News and interviews influential women in XOXO magazine. Nevşin Mengü, who is very interested in endurance sports, competes in Marathon and Ironman races. She shares her experiences in sports in her articles in Socrates Magazine.
