The person using the vehicle declares the revocation of registration and license plates on the public service portal. After checking the valid vehicle file, the vehicle registration agency issues a certificate of revocation of registration and license plates. Note: In case the agency managing the file and the agency registering the transfer of vehicle ownership are the same, the person using the vehicle does not have to carry out the revocation procedure. Instead, just submit the vehicle registration certificate and license plate when transferring ownership. Step 2: The person using the vehicle transfers the vehicle at the vehicle registration office where they reside (permanent or temporary). Within 2 working days from the date of receiving the citizen's application, the vehicle registration agency must send a notice to the vehicle owner and the vehicle registration agency that registered the vehicle. At the same time, publicly post the receipt of vehicle registration applications at the police headquarters and look up and verify the stolen vehicle archive and vehicle registration data. Within 7 working days from the date of receiving the document from the vehicle registration agency, the unit managing the stolen vehicle data and evidence vehicles shall respond in writing to the vehicle registration agency.
